This notice describes how Mi Casa Investment Group ("Mi Casa," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through buyyour.casa, related forms, calls, texts, and emails.

Information we collect

We may collect identifiers and contact details such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and communications with us. We also collect property details you choose to provide, such as condition, desired timeline, and reason for selling.

Our systems may collect internet or device information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, page interactions, advertising parameters, and timestamps. If you call us, we may collect call metadata and, when separately disclosed and permitted, a recording or transcript.

Why we use information

• Evaluate a property and respond to a request for an offer.
• Call, text, or email you about the property with your permission.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
• Measure advertising when you allow advertising measurement.
• Comply with law and protect our rights and users.

How we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers that help us host the site, store leads, send email or text alerts, handle communications, measure advertising when allowed, and provide professional services. We may also disclose information to potential transaction partners, title or escrow providers, contractors, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. California law may define some advertising disclosures as "sharing." We do not load the Meta browser pixel unless you allow advertising measurement, and we honor a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.

At or before collection, we use the categories described above for the purposes listed in this notice. We do not collect or retain information for unrelated purposes without providing additional notice when required.

California disclosures for the preceding 12 months

We collected the categories described above: identifiers and contact information, property and commercial information, internet or device activity, communications, and inferences used to evaluate a property. We used and disclosed those categories for the business purposes listed in this notice. Recipients may include hosting, database, communications, advertising, analytics, security, title, escrow, transaction, and professional-service providers, plus potential transaction partners where relevant to the request.

We did not sell personal information for money. When a visitor allowed advertising measurement, identifiers and internet activity may have been shared with an advertising provider for cross-context behavioral advertising as California law defines that term. Visitors can opt out through Privacy Choices or Global Privacy Control. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Your choices and requests

You may review or change your advertising choice on our Privacy Choices page. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or to stop marketing communications, by contacting us. We will verify requests as appropriate and respond as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where California law permits it.

Where applicable, California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of information collected, the sources and purposes, and categories of recipients; request correction or deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Email instructions may be used to unsubscribe from marketing email. Reply STOP to opt out of automated text messages. Transactional or legally required messages may still be sent where permitted.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including transaction evaluation, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and relationship. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.

Do Not Track and third-party tracking

Browsers do not apply one universal Do Not Track standard. We respond to Global Privacy Control by disabling advertising measurement. Other service providers may collect information over time only as described here and subject to your available choices.

Children

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. We will post the revised notice here, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when legally required.
