Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of buyyour.casa. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Information and offer requests
Submitting information is a request for us to review a property. It is not a purchase contract, listing agreement, appraisal, loan commitment, or guarantee that we will make or close an offer. Any binding real estate agreement must be in a separate written contract signed by the parties.
Our role
Mi Casa is a real estate investment business seeking potential property purchases. We may purchase for our own account, work with affiliated or third-party buyers, or assign a purchase agreement and earn a profit. We are not acting as your real estate agent, fiduciary, attorney, tax adviser, or financial adviser unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. You may consult independent licensed professionals before making a decision.
California transaction protections
Special California rules may apply to a later transaction, including a proposed purchase of an owner-occupied one-to-four-unit residence after a Notice of Default has been recorded. Any required written contract, cancellation notice, disclosure, language, timing, or other statutory protection applies independently of this website. Nothing on this site waives a property owner's rights.
Communications
If you provide contact information and affirmatively consent, you authorize Mi Casa and its service providers to contact you about the property by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of receiving general information from the site. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw text consent by replying STOP and may ask us to stop other marketing communications.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit information you do not have authority to provide, or use the site unlawfully. You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Ownership and third-party services
The site content, branding, and software are owned by Mi Casa or its licensors. The site may use or link to third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
California law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in San Diego County, California will hear disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Questions may be sent to offers@buyyour.casa, called in to (619) 547-0490, or mailed to Mi Casa Investment Group, 3450 Bonita Road, Suite 101, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
